Indian Gooseberry(Amla), Curry Leaves, Ginger and Garlic Juice- Juice to Lower Your LDL Cholesterol, A Hair Tonic

                               Information Technology, is the single word after its reign in India, has changed the quality of most of the Indian's life. It has made a drastic change almost in all the fields of nation, from real estate to food outlets. The increase were not only detected in prices, but also in cholesterol levels of an Indian adult. 

                              Earlier the blood test were only conducted for diabetic, checking thyroid and only specific ill symptoms. But nowadays the test is conducted for checking the cholesterol levels. Very recently I got to know that there are two types of cholesterol: HDL Cholesterol(the good one) and LDL Cholesterol (the bad one). Unfortunately many(indian adults) has the LDL numbers too high. 

                             So started surfing for the ingredients to reduce the bad cholesterol, Garlic was the hero in most of my searches. Now having the chief ingredient garlic, want to include it in any of my juices. Addition of garlic with the amla juice, yes the best healthy fusion ever.

3 nos Gooseberry (Chopped and Deseeded) 1 inch sized Ginger3 Springs of Curry Leaves 1 tsp Salt
1- 1&1/2 cup of Water

Procedure1. Remove the seeds and and chop the gooseberry.2. Then in a blender put the chopped gooseberry, ginger and curry leaves. Blend it, then add a cup of water and salt. Again blend it.3.  Now strain the extracted juice and transfer it to a container.
                         The juice for keeping you always young, active n healthy is ready.
