Story: Incoming starts when Benj (Thames), Eddie (Reed), Connor (Alejandro) and Koosh (Seiri) start their high school experience. Benj has a massive crush on his sister Alyssa’s (Gallo) best friend Bailey (Ferreira). He sees it as his opportunity to get closer to her as the four want to make an impact in high school.

The four want to instantly become popular by attending a party after the first week. However, their plans become difficult as the night unfolds and they have one of their greatest night but not together.

Verdict on Incoming

Incoming is a high school comedy following four freshmen trying to make an impact at a high school. The four guys believe they are going to become popular by attending the party and going through a series of different events.

This movie takes the Superbad idea of a ridiculous party and decides to try and recapture the magic. However, it fails to do that and spends more time trying to do something outrageous than getting the deeper meaning of the story. It feels more like a series of insults, struggles to get laughs and doesn’t make any of the characters feel memorable. This becomes an awful example of how the high school experience and parties could occur.

Where to Watch

Incoming is available on Netflix now.

Final Thoughts Incoming is a dreadful example of a high school party.
