Some of you may alreay have noticed that Incognito is becoming more and more personal, looking more and more like me, in brief I am Incognito. And Incognito is,me, Shug Avery, the person who initially created it in July 2011. My friends Absolute.B and Blondyn'Bubble accepted to join me in this journey. At that time Absolute.B already knew what was blogging since she was already reading blogs whereas Blondyn' and I were her pupils. Together we created content, worked on the blog appearance, its concept etc..I must say that without them Incognito would not be what it is today : a blog mixing  culture and fashion, a blog meant to open up new horizons to its readers.  However, as time went by, Incognito began to look more and more like me and we came to realize that each of us wanted something different.  Absolute.B discovered herself a growing passion for music, hence the creation of her Tumblr, Absolute Bassline, whereas Blondyn' prefered concentrating on her studies and her life. Concerning myself, I decided to continue Incognito because I like it, and I like the way it is developing. First, when I decided to create it I had in mind a magazine, but my idea of it was very vague and quite pretentious, in my opinion, above all when like me you have a literary background and not a journalistic one. Loving reading and writing is one thing but doing it the right way and building up from scratch a magazine is definitely something different. So I stood back. And doing it enabled me to notice that I still love writing, but above all I noticed that blogging has become a great part of my life. I like creating content, read my readers' reactions, discover new things, reveal them to my readers, talk to them about my passions and obssessions (which include South Korea and Asia in case you didn't know yet..) and the most important thing is that I love the dialogue, relationship that is beginning to slowly take place between my readers and me, a relationship I wouldn't have if I were working for a printed publication (obviously journalism is still my big dream though). So I started dreaming, dreaming of becoming a professional blogger to keep on conversing with you, my readers. But between dream and reality there is a huge abyss that I need to fill in all by myself thinking in a more strategical way and informing myself on how to become a pro blogger.
I hope that the new way that Incognito is taking, by itself, without Absolute.B and Blondyn' Bubble will please you and that you will help and support me in order to fulfill my dreams in the virtual world.
