Verdict on In Love and Deep Water

In Love and Deep Water is a comedy mystery movie following two unlikely people who come together to solve a murder. It shows them needing to come together while dealing with their own problems to find new happiness in the aftermath of the murder.

This is a movie that looks to balance the comedy behind a mystery and romance into one story. It struggles to get enough focus on the mystery side of things, while the romance side has plenty of sparks. This is all told in a light-hearted manner that brings the entertainment throughout the movie. There is a great element of Knives Out style, mixed with the Agatha Christie stylings we have seen come out recently.

Where to Watch: In Love and Deep Water is available on Netflix now.

Final ThoughtsIn Love and Deep Water is an enjoyable murder mystery movie.
