Before my memorable visit to Payne’s Custard and Coffee in Gas City, Indiana, I had never had sticky toffee pudding. Oh, my!
Served with a scoop of homemade frozen vanilla custard, it was fantastic! The small group I was with also shared an order of bread pudding, also served with a scoop of frozen vanilla custard. It just goes to show you learn something new every day.
There are so many reasons to love Payne’s Custard and Coffee in Gas City, Indiana but I’ll give you a handful: homemade custard, amazing dessert, coffee roasted in-house, and a commitment to using local foods whenever possible. THIS is exactly what Gas City needed!
