- Milk – 2 cups
- Jaggery – 3 tbsp.
- Dry Fruits Powder – 2 tsp.
- Saffron strands – a pinch
Method
1. Add saffron in milk and boil milk on low flame till it reduces to half.
2. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
3. Add Jaggery, dry fruits powder and mix well.
4. Peel, chop or grind ice apples.
5. Add the ice apple in the milk mixture.
6. Optional: Refrigerate for some time.
