1 cup hung curd made from 500 gms fresh yogurt2 cups chopped veggies finely chopped onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage ,chives etcsalt ,white pepper ,mustard powder and honey to tasteleftover pasta , chives ,basil etccheese slicessliced White or Brown breadbutter or canola oil to grease the grill plates
Hang the yogurt in a cheese cloth and set aside overnight. Carefully peel back the cloth and use the cheesy yogurt left behind. The liquid whey collected under is light and full of nutrients. I like it as it is,you can add sugar and or salt and drink that. Refreshing and yumm...
Heat the grill and grease the plates with butter or canola oil .
The extras...Place the pasta on one slice of bread and spread some salt and herbs.
Grill till crisp and ready to eat.
