Verdict on Huesera

Huesera is a mystery horror following a young woman who is expecting her first child. She has dreamt of this day for years and now it has happened. However, she experiences strange events throughout her pregnancy, which leaves her questioning her mind and decision to have the baby.

This movie dives into the uncomfortable world of beliefs mixed with the unsure nature of becoming a mother. It uses this to put together a dark story, one that has crunching moments and disturbing sequences. This makes for a disturbing horror that builds to a shocking reveal that you won’t forget. The movie is carried by the powerhouse performance by Natalia Solian, which is one of the best in recent years.
