How to Travel Cool & Comfortable in Kasol

By Ritu Pandit @ritupandiit

I have been boasting about the big bang trip already since I came back from the trip. I had so much to share here. However, I have distributed those 7 days in 7 posts. This post will talk all about Kasol.

I have not been to Kasol before & this was my first visit to this beautiful valley of nature. Kasol is a small village at Parvati river bank located 42 km away from Kullu. Kasol is the hub of Israelis. You will find all foreigners roaming around in the village.

TBBT took us to the village view through trekking parallel with Parvati River. The scenic beauty you experience sitting at the bank of the river is extremely tranquil. The Untroubled sound of flowing water without any modernisation.

While trekking to our destination in Chojh, we found these beautiful women ornated with traditional jewelry. They were working on something trippy if you know what I mean.

I had a big luggage bag with me full of winter clothes & the weather was amazingly pleasant there. I could freely roam around on treks & in the village with my ripped jeans, yellow cotton top & my best white dockside shoes. I also added the headband to complete my tripper look.

Please look ahead for my  best hot shots from Kasol. All the picture credits go to “Aashish Gundesh jain” from @AwaaraYatri
