USB Drives are small, portable and can be used in many types of electronic devices like Computers, Tablets, Laptops, Smartphones etc. Due to this above features USB Sticks are the perfect data transfer device now a days. One Drawback is also there which is due to its portability it can easily be lost , So it is necessary to password protect your Pen Drives.

We can not password protect our USB Sticks fully like we can protect our Social Media Accounts like Facebook, Twitter etc. But there are some some tools that really protect your data , which is based on data encryption. If we want to fully protect our USB Sticks or Flash Drives than you need to invest a little for Hardware Encryption. But as our modern technology have other option to password protect USB Pen Drives with similar level of protection i.e using of freeware application to password protect files and folders on computers.

So to prevent your important data from others you need to have some

protections which was not easy to break. Here I provide some app
which are good at protecting USB drives with password.
Step 1--> Download latest version of "USB security"
 
Step 2-->  After Downloading that open USB security app and click on
accept to start installation.
After you click on accept it will show all available USB drives in your PC.
Step 3--> Choose your  Pen drive/ Flash Drives  from the list and click on install,
after that click on finish button to complete the installation.
Step 4--> Now you will see another window which have some options
related to your Pen drive protection. It asks you to set new password
to pen drive and then Type some hint to remember password when you
forgot password.
Step 5--> Make sure to check your password whether it is in uppercase
or lowercase. Once completing the setup click on protect button.
Step 6--> Now it copies whole data into a secret partition and lock
it with password. To get data from your Pen Drive you need to run
"USBsecurity.exe" file from USB flash drive.

get my data back?
A. Don’t worry about this, I have solution for that problem also.
Simple go through the above download link and download USBsecurity.exe
file then paste it into your Pen Drive. Now open that .exe file to
unlock your USB Drives.
Q. How to Uninstall USB Security.exe Completely from Your Pendrive?
A. Normal program uninstallation process doesn't work with this
application because it doesn't install on PC, it installs on USB
drive.
So before uninstalling this application you need to remove the password protection from USB Drives/ Flash Stick/ Pen Drives. After that it shows two options. Those are Uninstall and
Re protect.
Click on Uninstall button then it prompts another dialog box with a
message “Are you sure you want to uninstall USB Security”. Click  OK
to uninstall USB Security completely from PC as well as from USB
Drive.

This way you can easily password protect USB Flash Drives and can secure your Data from getting in someone hands.
