Working from home for months can seriously affect your health physically and emotionally. And yet with COVID-19 Reshaping modern life is exactly what many of us had to do in 2020. The year is new and Vaccines are slowly rolling outBut working from home is still a reality for now - and could make it through most of 2021.
Fortunately, people are adaptable and we've learned a lot over the past year. A few creative solutions can really change working from home for the better and make it more sustainable as we work towards a vaccine, and healthier in the meantime.

Here are six tips on how to make your home a healthier place to work in 2021.
Create different rooms

One of the biggest challenges in working from home is maintaining a health line between Work and home. One way to do this is to clearly demarcate an area dedicated to work only and prevent your work from getting into the areas you rely on for relaxation and stress relief.
Even if you are only in a studio apartment, you can keep your laptop by a corner desk or table and keep work away from your bed or couch to set the limits you put on maintaining mental health at a very stressful time Need time.
Give yourself a little grace
Lockdown life can be difficult, and it would be insincere to act like either of these solutions completely solves these challenges. In addition, each of us has our own challenges to cope with, regardless of whether we are stuck in small apartments, live with a large family, raise small children or deal with prolonged isolation.
While taking care of your body and drawing the line between work and the rest of your life is important, sometimes things break down. And that's okay. Just as fraudulent days can make eating healthy a little easier, it's okay to bend rules every now and then, like indulging in a day in bed.
I usually give myself time on Fridays to change the rules a little bit about both what I eat and how I work. I don't work out on Fridays, and I usually chill in bed part of the day - and when I give myself a scheduled day to break these rules, it has become easier to stick to the rest of the time.
