Recipe of Lauki Palak Raita Try out this khatta meeta lauki palak raita. Before making, squeeze out remaining water from the cooked lauki.

Ingredients
  • 1 small Bottle Gourd, Peeled, Grated and Soaked
  • 10-12 Spinach Leaves, Washed
  • 1 Green Chili
  • 2-3 cups Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds, Roasted and Crushed
  • Cold water as require
  • Salt to taste
How to make Lauki Palak Raita
Step 1: In a microwave bowl, place bottle gourd. Cook for about 2-3 minutes and remove 

Step 2: Take a deep pan, boil water with salt
Step 3: Put spinach leaves in boiling water and blanch for few 2-3 minutes, drain out. Put spinach leaves in cold water. Drain well. Repeat this same with bottle gourd
