Ingredients
For Filling
  • 500 gram Chicken, Boneless Washed and Pieces
  • 2 medium sized Onion, Chopped
  • 2 medium sized, Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • Water as needed
For Dough
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Few Coriander Leaves, Chopped
How to make Chicken Frankie/ Kathi Roll  
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan, saute onion along with ginger-garlic paste till they become soften
Step 2: Add tomato and cook for about 2 minutes untill tender the mixture
Step 3: Mix all the spices, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder, corainder powder and littile bit water. Mix well
