Clove oil can help you numb up your gums, Lidocaine is the most common medicine.

Use Ice:

You can use Ice as a cold compress on your check this will not let your check inflame because of the pain or tooth decay. Cold compression is better than anti-inflammatory drug.

Take Hot Showers:

Hot water showers can wear out your trays if you have your invisalign done. In this case for a thorough mouth wash you can use worm water (not hot) with some salt in it for a gargle.

Sleep A Lot:

If you have an oral discomfort it reflects on your face, in this case enough sleep or rest would work as the best medicine.
