So the question is how do you get through it? I'm guessing you took the time to put on a hat, dab on some makeup, & throw on an oversized sweatshirt or longsleeved tee. It's ok, that's not a bad combination! I myself may be rocking a monogrammed crewneck because its one of those days. Here are some helpful tips to help wake you up and motivate you throughout the day!
1. GET COFFEE. I don't care what anyone says, coffee is life fuel. If you don't drink coffee...start. Seriously right now is the perfect time of year to get some fancy drink that will keep you awake. I'm thinking Starbucks or your campus coffee shop...but probably Starbucks.2. Create a playlist to keep you going while you study. John Mayer is a GREAT study buddy because of his mellow music!
3. Treat yourself to a nice little bowl of RELAXATION. Take 15 minutes from your crazy day to just breathe & relax. Go to the quiet section of the library & just sit. Take this time to do what you love, whether it's blogging, reading, listening to music, etc...For me, its blogging or pinterest!
4. Give yourself a compliment like "my hair looks great today" or "my butt looks great in these jeans." It might sound conceited, but bum days are usually the days where you're the most critical of yourself. So go ahead, give yourself a compliment
5. Take some time to grab a quick bite with friends. Friends are usually uplifting and help your spirits to keep from going down in the dumps.
And last but not least...remember your day is not that long. You will get through it. You can look forward to going home and taking a nice LONG nap after this day! xoBCC
