How To Freeze Green Beans

If you have a heap of green beans from your garden or your local Indiana farmer’s market and don’t know what to do with them, I say “freeze them!”

I leave canning to my husband and this time around he was too swamped with work so I decided to freeze my fresh green beans.

One word: easy! The hardest part about this method is trimming the ends. Otherwise, from start to finish it really is a breeze!
