Although, both games require you to be at least 13 years old to play. Anyone below 13 years old will need to get their parent's permission to play the game.

The process requires them to prove they are an adult. Hence, they need to pay $0.50 with their debit or credit card or provide the last four digits of their SSN.

Fall Guys will ask for your date of birth when you first download it, so be sure to enter a date showing you are 13 years old or above. Else, you will get the “Ask your parent for help” error.

Once you get the error, your Epic Games account will be temporarily locked, and you need to take action before 30 days.

How to Fix “Ask your parent for help” in Fortnite

You need to enter your parent's email addresses and implore them to check their email. An email with “Parental Permission for an Epic Games Account” as the subject will be sent to them.

Open the email and choose “Continue”. You need to select “Continue” again on the following prompt, then choose “Yes” to allow your child to use Sign In with Epic.

You can use the “Last four digits of SSN” or “Credit or Debit card”. If you choose “Credit or Debit Card”, you will have to provide your card information by paying a $0.50 fee. The fee is mainly for verification and will be refunded in 8 to 13 business days.

After verifying by your parent, a confirmation email is sent to notify you that you have successfully verified your identity., followed by “Your child's Epic Games account has been restored. Your child can now login”.
