Food and Eating is one of the most passionate affairs that one would like to carry on. For big time foodies, craving for food items is simply an emotional thing. In general routine as well, it becomes difficult for many people to control ones craving for it. With a wide range of cuisines available, the taste and preferences of people also vary. At times when people start gorging on food items like fast food, fatty substances, fried stuffs, etc… then at the end of the day it turns out to be a disappointing factor for many. Food items eaten in excess and without nutritional count are indeed harmful for one’s body. But since they greatly dominate the cravings for satisfying those taste buds, it becomes really difficult to control for one and all. But there are definitely ways of consuming a much beneficial diet along with keeping one’s mood happy in all times. Food greatly impacts our mood.   • Say Yes to Fruits: Fruits bring great amount of energy and positivity post consumption. Old sayings always suggest us to consume fruits on regular basis. Since life has become more and more stressful, it has become essential for one and all to consume fruits to the maximum. However, as a result of busy schedule, we often tend to ignore fruits. Fruits energize mood levels and bring a feeling of delight and satisfaction in our life.
  •  Water: Water forms the main constituent for nourishing our body overall. It is essential to drink at least six to seven liters of water on daily basis. Once the body is depriving from adequate water levels, it would lead to dehydration and weakness. Water brings glow on our faces. Since it removes harmful toxins from our body, it automatically pleases our mood. It relieves the body from tensions as well. Water keeps the body away from problems like constipation, ulcers, diarrhea, etc. It channelizes the blood flow leading to a happy state of mind.
  •  Say No to Fried Items and Fatty Substances: As life is becoming competitive and fast each day, generation today is switching more on fast to get and ready to cook food items. They depend on quick food items like sandwiches, burgers, subs, pasta, pizza, frozen fried items, etc. Such items contain high level of Trans and saturated fats, which gets collected in our body. As a result of this, even the level of mood gets impacted on a high scale. Hence, by avoiding such food items, one should consume other nutritional food items in the happiest manner.
  •  Fibers: A fiber enriched diet is healthy and beneficial for mind as well as the body. Since it is light in nature and easy to digest, it enhances the protein level in our body. Fiber is greatly present in water, soya bean, eggs, cottage cheese, etc.
