It's no secret that I love snacking. I honestly love to just have smaller meals and even snack in between those meals. Of course, I also have a huge sweet tooth as well which doesn't take lightly to my diet at times. When it's super hot outside, especially living here in Atlanta and temps outside can reach in the mid 80's by 10am, the last thing I want to do is snack on something that may just make me feel lousy after eating it. Are you with my friends?!
While shopping at my local Publix the other day, I was searching for something yummy to snack on after my family had their dinner. Ice cream of course came to mind because I love the sweet treat but in truth,I wasn't really craving something with a lot of sugar in it. I spotted Weight Watchers Mocha Latte Ice Cream bars and Peanut Butter Camel Candy bars in the frozen section and knew I was anxious to try them both!
Ice cream is a weakness between Zach, Lily and myself but enjoying these snack size ice cream bars doesn't make me feel as guilty. with only 45 calories, 0 saturated fat and 2 grams of fiber in each bar, it's the perfect snack to enjoy and help curb those sweet cravings. Plus, both have no artificial sweeteners! It's a treat to enjoy for the whole family! As you can see, these are a huge hit in our household and I can't wait to find more Weight Watcher items to incorporate into our snacking routine.
You can visit Publix online to learn more about healthy snacks from Weight Watchers or visit their own Facebook page! I'm loving all their yummy desserts and popcorn!
