Or run this terminal command in a new terminal window:

sudo apt install gnome-tweaks

open “tweak” app that we installed
Go to the ‘Fonts‘ section
Choose a new font for ‘Interface Text‘, ‘Document Text’, ‘Monospace Text’, ‘Legacy Window titles’.
you can also change size of font / modify scaling factor etc..
