Which? is a popular online and print magazine offering reviews of the latest technology, home and garden products and even financial services. Where non-paying members can access a limited version of the website, there is a paid service which allows you to access the full range of reviews and recommendations.

Which? is popular with people who like to ensure they are always buying the best-rated products and services. It offers honest and impartial advice and reviews that are guaranteed to be written by someone with in-depth knowledge of the product.

If you have a Which? membership that you are no longer using, you may be wondering how to cancel your membership. Thankfully, the process for cancelling your Which? membership is very simple.

Cancelling by phone

If you decide you would like to cancel your Which? membership by phone, you will need to call 029 2267 0000.

When calling this number, make sure that you have all membership information to hand. This includes the name of the subscriber, the address and phone number. This will help the Which? team to locate your membership and ensure it is cancelled.

Cancelling in the first 14 days

Which? offers a very generous 14-day cooling off period. This means that you can take 14 days to decide if you would like to continue using the service. If you decide it isn't right for you or that it doesn't meet your needs, you can cancel and get a full refund for any fees paid.

If you cancel after the first 14 days, you might be entitled to a refund of part of your subscription fee, but this depends on a number of factors.

If you paid for an annual subscription, for example, you would only get a refund for the remaining whole months. Which? does not issue refunds for any time period smaller than a month.

If you took advantage of a longer-term special offer, you will not be able to get a refund on your initial payment if you cancel outside of the 14-day cooling off period.

Can I still access my subscription?

When cancelling your Which? subscription you will still be able to access the website until the day before your next billing period begins. You can also request an earlier or immediate cancellation if required.

If you were given a gift subscription for one year, after your gift subscription has ended you can contact customers services to continue your subscription. You will need to provide new payment details to resume your service.

Can I start my membership again?

If you decide you would like to return to Which? in the 12 months following your cancellation, you won't be able to take advantage of any introductory offers. You will, however, be able to reinstate your subscription at the normal rate.

To start your membership again, contact Which? Customer services to choose your plan and reinstate your access.
