1. Cleanse-Tone-Sunscreen. Repeat

Always start with healthy skin. Healthy skin doesn't need a lot of makeup. Determine your skin type and choose a skin care regime that suits your skin best. Give your skin a thorough cleanse and follow it up with a soothing toner. Take a pea-sized amount of your favorite moisturizer and gently pat it all over your face and neck. NEVER...EVER...EVER miss out on sunscreen.  Eat clean and you might want to skip on that mug of beer as well. Take a  sip or two of red wine and your skin will thank you later.
2. Say yes to Sheet Masks:

The 8 step Korean Skincare Regimen might be a bit too fancy for an everyday ritual, but there's this one takeaway product that is a Superhero. Sheet Masks. Adding a sheet mask to your regimen can make a world of difference. Besides addressing skin issues, they leave behind a subtle luminous glow that takes years off your face.
3. Tame those brows :

Eyebrows can be a real game changer. Tamed brows not only accentuate the eyes but also add dimension and definition to your face. No need to fret over getting razor sharp brows. Those are out of fashion anyway. Simply follow the arch of your brows and pluck out the extras. Having an eyebrow gel in your vanity always comes in handy as you can double it up as an eyelash primer.

4. Go for BB / CC creams instead of foundations :

It might seem tempting to cover all your scars and freckles with foundations and concealers, but the end result is often ...well..not that pretty. Let your skin peek through. Apply a thin layer of BB cream / CC cream wherever necessary and maybe a bit of spot concealing here and there. Avoid any kind of baking or heavy contouring to get that natural look.

5. Draping rocks, so do highlighters!

Heavy contouring might be a bit too much for a day-time all natural look. Draping comes in a lot more natural. The technique is simple. Use an earth toned blush to lightly contour your face and dab a cream highlighter just on the high points of your face. It would give you the right amount of glow without blinding the onlookers.

6.  Lip tints over Lipstick?

No one wakes up with a perfect Kylie Jenner pout. Instead of going all in with your favorite lipstick, try lip tints for a change. It stays for a long time, is mess free and a '100% Hotter'. Avoid over drying liquid lipsticks and creamy bullets that tend to move a lot. And if you really are a lipstick person, go for soft lip creams instead. Remember, the key is to dab, not swipe.
7. Choose low maintenance hairstyles :

Opt for weather-friendly hairstyles. High ponytails and messy updos look lovely irrespective of the occasion or outfit. If you are more of a Rapunzel person, let those tresses free but with care. Heat protectant sprays are a must in every girl's vanity. If you are skeptical of using a setting spray, try aloe vera gel instead. All natural and does the job perfectly fine!
8. OOTD - Keep it casual yet classy :

Hard time picking your Outfit Of The Day? Getting adventurous once in a while is alright, but do not stray from the classics. It's not all about who you wear, but definitely what you wear. A pair of well fitted blue denim, a few tailored blouses and a  casual white dress, would never go out of fashion.
9. Choose your fabric right :

Comfort is the key to effortless fashion and an absolute must for the 'Hot as Heck-No-Make up Look'. Natural fabric helps you look not too contrived or uptight. Knit and spandex blend fabrics are a great low maintenance option. If you are an ace at layering, you might not even need any guide to fashion. If you are a novice though, a pair of leggings, cardigans, denim jackets and scarfs could be your best friend.

10. Fashion on the Road: Relaxed not lousy!

Keeping up with fashion and makeup while traveling could be a bit of trouble. A sharp and clean look beats all weather. Baggy pants and messy hairdos might look good in heavily photoshopped #justforinstagram stories, but in reality...not so cool, girl. Try a more minimalistic approach towards fashion and makeup while on the road. A chiffon maxi dress paired with a cute jacket might just do the trick. Fitness clothing or bodybuilding clothes are also a great option while traveling.

11. Accessories to your rescue :

Accessories could really save the day! Bad hair day? Pick a fedora. Too much Netflix last night? Put on a pair of oversized cat-eye shades and you are good to go. Scarf are a darling. From hot summer days to cozy winter nights, scarf never run out of fashion.  Wearing bold style statements such as big finger rings and huge hoops is not a bad idea either.
12. Watch it and put your best foot forward :

Speaking of accessories, watches are simply sexy! They make you look put together and give that girl-boss vibe.  Avoid uncomfortable footwear in general, especially while traveling. Save those stilettos and heels for formal evening parties. Sneakers, sleek boots, and even gladiators could amp up your style quotient, not compromising on comfort.

And finally never forget to carry your three Best Friends Forever - confidence, courage, and calm. Be your own unapologetic and unabashed self. After all, beauty is what beauty does.
