The edition that will celebrate the 10th anniversary of DCD> Brazil , a reference congress for data center professionals and cloud infrastructure, will be held on 6 and 7 November. The event will bring together more than 1,200 IT leaders to discuss new trends in the industry, with the program featuring national and international speeches and referrals.
To guide IT leaders in their strategies, in addition to addressing the most critical infrastructure issues, the congress will also present new market trends with special reference to the Edge Data Center, Cloud Computing, Modular Data Center and alternatives for the reduction environmental impact.
The opening of DCD> Brazil will feature the presentation of the study on trends in Data Centers in Latin America for 2019, conducted by the DCD Group. Then Mozart Mello , Managing Director of Uptime Institute , will also present the results of a data center survey, but globally.
Also in the morning, Kevin C. Kent , Data Center Operations Manager at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center , and , Staff Project Manager | Service Operations at Tesla Motors will be some of the international guests on the first day of the conference and will address issues related to the energy crisis in the data center sector and the Edge Cloud Application, respectively.
On the second day, " The Disrupted Data Center : Ten technologies that might change data centers forever" will be the title of Daniel Bizo's presentation, Senior Analyst | 451 Research Datacenters & Critical Infrastructure. Participants will also be able to learn about the migration success case for the Live Nation cloud | Ticketmaster through the talk of Tim Moran, SVP Global IT Entertainment Company.
