Android is now 5 years old. And within that very short time, Android managed to defeat all the other mobile platforms, including Apple’s iOS, Windows Phone and Blackberry to take the top place in the world mobile market share.
Now Google’s Android platform dominates the world of smartphones and tablets by activating more than 250 million devices per year. This is more than twice the number of iPads and iPhones activations. It’s a fact well known that Android is the best mobile operating system in the world.
