Yngwie Malmsteen is a Swedish heavy-metal guitarist and band leader famed for his neo-cal playing approach. Along with Eric Clapton, he was one of the first guitarists to be honored by Fender with the release of his Fender Stratocaster in 1988.
House: Because dangerous people don't break into your home, they live in it. And although his kids are old enough to want Daddy dead, they're still too young to do anything about it.
Taub: Must be such a pleasure to live in your head.
House: You're right. Kids might be precocious.
Paranoia was the big theme of the week. Not only Park's regarding the lack of respect of the others towards her (which was annoying and in no way entertaining - unless you could actually picture her and Adams in a jell-o fight, but then again, that might make things worse actually), but also when it came to Foreman's love life and Wilson's determination to find out whether House was owning a gun or not. As I said, a lot going on on the side.
I was actually surprised that Foreman was given something to do other than his "cool" administration stuff. It would have been a matter of time until he'd want to find something to be excited about from his new position and, despite him always being the voice of reason, it was obvious that he was missing the thrill of working for House and doing dangerous things. So maybe getting involved with a married woman was just his way of getting some of that excitement back.
As for Wilson and House's "who's the most clever and devious" war, that was the best part of the episode. Their pranks have always been something to look out for and they've always been the bromance all the other TV bromances looked up to. Of course, House is the most clever and devious of the two, but seeing Wilson step up to the part and actually manage to trick his friend and lock him into his own bathroom was hilarious. As was Wilson hanging from the ceiling in the net House had used to trap the intruder.
Some other highlights: Taub's meddling in Foreman's love life because the direction he was going in was more dangerous than his "one alimony and two child support payments". Park asking out Chase right in front of Adams and his inability to come out with an excuse to get out of it.
House will be back in January with more episodes and I'm actually looking forward to see what happens with Foreman's affair with the skinny girl and how the date between Park and Chase went on.[H]ouse 8x07: Dead and Buried Back to Season 8
