Stina Tweeddale has announced details of the third Honeyblood album ‘In Plain Sight’ and released new single ‘The Third Degree’. Produced by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Angel Olsen), the album will be accompanied by an extensive UK tour.

‘The Third Degree’ has a soulful Basia Bulat-style intro with ’60s-tinged drumbeats as Stina gives herself a pep talk and decides a dickhead ex is not worth the effort: ‘You were hanging on to the bar, she was hanging on your every line. And I drew a little breath, I told myself walk on by. No drama baby.’ As the song takes a punkier turn, she defiantly moves on from the toxicity: ‘It used to be all about you but now you’re out of my view’.

We can’t wait to hear more.
