1.Four to five cups of warm water
2.A cup of fresh rose petals or rose water
3.A cup of milk
4.Calming essential oils.Preferably 6 drops of clove oil or peppermint oil
5.Pumice stone
6.Mild shampoo
7.Oil.Preferably olive oil or almond oil
8.Towel
9.A bowl to dip your feet in the spa water
10.Nail polish remover

Process
Fill the bowl with warm water.Add the milk,6 drops of your favorite essential oil,rose petals and a spoon of almond oil.Soak your feet in the mixture for at least fifteen to thirty minutes.You can enjoy soothing music and light aromatic candles to make you feel more relaxed.
Apply shampoo to your feet and scrub them with pumice stone.Pat them dry with a towel.Remove any old nail polish from your toes and shape the nails properly.
Then massage your feet with your favorite oil and you are done!
