{the long journey home}
Clearly I have learned nothing from the past... Once again, I thought I could simply go through major life changes all the while keeping this space ticking over. Silly Sara Louise, it's not happening.While it feels like I finally have a grip on my new repatriated life here in America, now it's time for me to do it all over again with Gregory and Fifty. The two arrived safe, sound and tuckered out late Saturday afternoon in Houston and were greeted by my mother, two of the Golden Girls and myself. It was quite the welcome wagon. We bundled them up in the SVU and headed home, 240 miles west.
Now the fun begins... oy vey!
In a few days I should be back with my usual updates of our new life here, and believe it or not, a few final tales about my last days in France. That's how behind life I am at the moment... I still have to tell you about Cassis, Toulon and Paris. Alors, bonne journée mes amies et à bientôt!
