CONSTANCE RECEIVES A WORRYING CALL
After being informed by Antoine and Clotilde that Maxime and Salomé would be reassessed during the day, Claire finds her son to inform him of the situation. While Louis insists that she do everything possible to fire the couple from the Institute, Chef Guinot points out that her obsession puts them both in danger. Furious, the young man then joins the couple and wants to know why they went to complain to Myriel. The son Delcourt then responds that he simply wanted an explanation and then asks him to stop his good boy number.
In the afternoon, Claire and Clotilde taste Maxime and Salomé's osso bucco recipe. If Clotilde salutes the effort of her students by assigning them a grade of 12, Claire sticks to her positions and the couple finally obtains 9/20. Later, Clotilde tries to understand why Claire is so bent on the two students. Convinced that she is helping Louis get revenge, the chef Armand stresses that this behavior is unworthy of a director and adds that if she manages to prove it, she will no longer have her place at the Institute.
Meanwhile, Constance receives a call from a doctor's office who wants to reach her husband at all costs because a doctor would like to see him as soon as possible. Constance, who is worried about him, meets him at double A and questions him to find out if all is well. The latter then swears that he has been clean for three months and claims that he must do blood tests because his doctor suspects an iron deficiency. When his wife declares that he misses him, Teyssier takes the opportunity to invite him to lunch the next day.
Subsequently, Emmanuel is contacted by the doctor's office and loses his smile upon hearing the doctor's words. Shortly after, he finds Louis and is sure that he is looking to pass him. However, Teyssier assures that he does not need him to take the head of the Institute before warning him that he and his mother will soon be the pariahs of the establishment.
LUDIVINE FRAMES JÉRÉMY
By meeting Ludivine in the gardens of the Institute, Jérémy invites her to discover how he makes his aromatic salts, which she accepts. Happy, she joins her sister and tells her about the young man's invitation. If Louane thinks he still has feelings for Célia, Ludivine is on the contrary certain that he has moved on.
For her part, Célia admits to Jeremy that she misses him while taking his hand. When Ludivine surprises them, it makes her uncomfortable and she prefers to leave them alone. While Célia asks if something is going on between them, Jérémy recalls that it was she who wanted to move on and then criticizes him for always complicating everything.
Without waiting, the young man sets off in pursuit of Ludivine and certifies that he is no longer with Célia. Insofar as she thinks he is using her to make her jealous, Jérémy admits that it was true at the beginning but specifies that by getting to know her he said to himself that they could live something together. . Unfortunately, Ludivine has no desire to play the dressing girl and begs him to find another victim.
At the institute, Mathis is with Célia who is particularly cold with him and even goes so far as to say that he looks like a puppy in need of affection.
HORTENSE AND MEHDI HAVE A CASTING
Wishing to launch a new video session in which the students would give live cooking lessons, Rose suggested that Hortense take part. Deeply interested, she informs Mehdi that she has registered them for the casting. As he refuses, Hortense begs him and promises to leave him alone if he is not having fun.
The two students therefore pass the tests. If Rose loved their complementarity, Guillaume believes that Mehdi lacks charisma. The companion of Antoine retorts while the overweight of the young man does not detract from his talent.
At the end of the day, Rose and Guillaume retain two pairs of which that of Hortense and Mehdi, which surprises Marta who judges Mehdi not sexy enough to pass in front of the camera. The latter, who has heard it all, declares that he prefers to have been chosen for his culinary talents and seems determined to prove to her that he is much better than her.
