Freedom Bakery
Freedom Bakery is a social enterprise artisan bakery based at HMP Low Moss near Bishopbriggs They train and develop the skills of a small team of inmates to give them skills, confidence and make great baked goods.
Everything they produce is made using traditional artisan methods
They are looking for help to raise £15,000 to organize a prison breakout! OK they need a second bakery to meet demand, train more people and expand the programme.
