In recent years we have seen an increasing number of women with heart problems. Women are now equally at risk of heart disease as men are. While previously it was an assumption that women had low chances of heart diseases as compared to men.

Though it is true that cardiovascular diseases in women are less prevalent before the age of 40. It is due to the hormones God has given to women, before the age of 40 they are secure from heart-related issues unless there are some other complications.

The risk of heart problems usually remains low in women before 40. Follow a Protein-rich diet with an adequate amount of fiber. Go low on carbs. It will help you in reversing the atrial blockage.

One should also avoid excessive salt and sugar intake, instead of processed food go for healthier options like fresh fruits and vegetables.
