Hear Me Roar! // The Animal Print Trend for Fall

Y'all, can I just tell you how much I LOOOVVEEE the CABI Fall Collection every year? The CABI Fall 2019 collection is so amazing with the Animal Print Trend, and I'm obsessed! Every season has an outstanding faux fur piece that I cannot resist. And every season, I tell myself that I don't need anything else and then somehow more comes home with me. Eeep! Today I'm sharing my favorite pieces from the Fashion Flash 2019 and how I've styled them for now and to transition into Fall.

LEOPARD YEAR ROUND

In case you couldn't tell, I'm a HUGE fan of leopard and even have this print in my house. So it was a perfect location to show off the AMAZINGNESS of the Josephine Coat!

It's so hard to think about Fall when it's in the 90s but I am going to bust out this coat as soon as the temperatures drop. Love that it has removable cuffs that reveal quarter length sleeves to change your look. I'm wearing with the downtown jumpsuit, beast belt, and simple black sandals for an elegant and chic look.

I can totally wear this look without the Josephine coat right now for a night out (or change the shoes for a chic look at work or running errands)!

P.S. The Beast Belt is a must-have accessory! It will literally go with everything and would look fabulous over the Bond Blazer (or Sleuth Blazer and Safari Jacket from the previous season). I've worn it with the Button Fly Skinny jeans already too!

ANIMAL PRINT ALL DAY

News Flash! Animal Print is MAJOR this season and the Snake Charmer Blouse is the perfect print mix of snake print and floral. This is a definite wear NOW and LATER piece since it's flowy enough for Summer temperatures but the colors will do well with Fall/Winter!

The puff sleeves with the elastic wide cuffs give it a pretty feminine detail even though the print keeps it modern. I've done that thing where I've worn it a couple of days in a row (like work and then running errands where I see different people) because I like it so much! LOL! Does anyone else do that?!!

DENIM FOR DAYS

Can we just take a second to talk about these Button Fly Skinny jeans?!! I am literally OBSESSED with them. Personally, I feel like CABI has hit it out of the ball park with these fashion forward jeans - the button front, the high waist, and the striped elastric waistband make it SO SO FUN!!! You can wear it with a belt or without to reveal that the fun stripes! By the way, I cut the bottoms for a raw hem on the jeans since they were a long on me and I didn't want to cuff them. Also, the Chance Wide Leg pants (which are my power pants) have been introduced in black this season!!! Literally, they feel like you are wearing pajamas but look like a million bucks! My friend Ginger liked them so much that she got them in the navy last season. Just an FYI for my ladies who love wide leg pants like me!

Which CABI Fall 2019 piece is your favorite?! I can't pick and almost wore them all at once! And of course, I LOVE all of the animal print trend pieces!! LOL!

Happy Friday Y'all! Wednesday was my Little M's sixth birthday, and I honestly cannot believe how quickly time flies. I remember the day that he was born and it brings happy tears to my eyes. When the nurses handed him to us, I felt like angels were singing. And now he will be starting Kindergarten!!! OH MY GOSH!!! We had the BEST Mommy and Me day at the Play Street Museum and then McDonald's (he got to choose where we ate). Then we had a family dinner at Fireside Pies, his other favorite place (and mine too)!!!
