I have exciting news. Not only have I walked in my first 5K, but….
I HAVE LOST ALL OF MY BABY WEIGHT!
It took me six months after my third baby, but I have done it. Since March 2013, I have lost 29 lbs, fifteen those in just the last 12 weeks. I am now down to my pre-pregnancy weight, and best of all, I can now easily button all of my pants! Lol
Next Weight Loss Goal
My next goal to reach is to lose 25 lbs to get down to my pre-wedding weight. It may be more of a difficult goal, but I am more than willing to keep on trying!I did gain back a pound this week, but I didn't go out for my usual walks with the kiddos. Starting again on Monday, I'll be walking again. I plan on walking at least four days a week, as long as the weather cooperates! Also, at some point soon, I hope to get back to the gym, but that depends on the hubby's schedule.
Here are this week's results: Week 1: 236 lbs Week 2: 235 lbs (-1 lb)
Week 3: 232 lbs (-3 lbs, total -4 lbs)
Week 4: 229 lbs (-2 lbs, -6 lbs total)
Week 5: 230 lbs (+1 lbs, -5 total)
Week 6: 227 lbs (-3 lbs, -9 total)
Week 7: 226 lbs (-1 lb, -10 total)
Week 8: 227 lbs (+1 lbs, -9 total)
Week 9: 226 lbs (-1 lbs, -10 total)
Week 10: 225 lbs (-1 lbs, -11 total)
Week 11: 223 lbs (-2 lbs, -13 total)
Week 12: 221 lbs (-1 lb, -14 total)
Week 13: 222 lbs (+1 lb, -13 total)
