Woot! This week, when I weighed in on Friday, I had lost another pound, for a total of 10 lbs lost in 7 weeks!
Of course, with the holiday weekend, I gained back the pound, but by this Friday, I plan on it being gone, along with another one of its friends, if not more.
I had a bit of a revelation this weekend as well. One night when I didn't feel like cooking, I stopped for some food at McDonalds. I was dying for a Big Mac since I hadn't had one in a while, so I got a medium meal with a iced coffee included.
That may not be such a big deal, but I just don't have the time to do that in one day, which is why that kind of meal will be every once in a blue moon! On the day I ate that food, I had walked just under 2 miles, so I took it easy on my food intake for the rest of the day. Oy! Here are the results:
Week 1: 236 lbs Week 2: 235 lbs (-1 lb) Week 3: 232 lbs (-3 lbs, total -4 lbs)
Week 4: 229 lbs (-2 lbs, -6 lbs total)
Week 5: 230 lbs (+1 lbs, -5 total)
Week 6: 227 lbs (-3 lbs, -9 total)
Week 7: 226 lbs (-1 lb, -10 total)
