He decided the fabric looked perfect for a game of hide-and-seek—so suddenly, I had a 4-year-old hiding under my skirt. I’m standing there, trying to hold a plate of appetizers while whispering, ‘Get out of there!’ and he’s giggling like it’s the best day of his life. Mortifying? A little. But at least I got some hilarious photos. And bonus: it still looked cute even after surviving kid chaos.”
