Drink More Water

During the menstrual cycle, you must have felt bloated. Drinking more water helps ease bloating and will reduce the symptoms.

Make a habit of drinking 6-8 glasses of water every day. You can squeeze lime or mint for the flavor.

Remember to reduce your salt intake as it causes bloating. Also, stay away from alcohol to avoid dehydration. (Yes, it is true, so no more drinks)
