The weather is unpredictable in England, especially at this time of year....you learn to get outside & make the most of any sunshine that you get.
Nothing tastes as good as eating al fresco, whether it's sitting at a beautifully laid table or just sitting on the beach, food just tastes better.
It's sunny right now in London so I'm heading outside to potter in the garden & drink some tea.I am also making soup & baking bread for dinner but, if the sun is still shining this evening, I shall be dining al fresco, even if I might need a blanket ;)
