The fact is, if you were expecting a full-blown dance track, you're quite simply an idiot. They have added more spectacle to their current repertoire of sound on this new track and, whilst the word Dance might not quite be added to their vocabulary just yet, their misery days are well and truly over ... bringing forth something in between the likes of psychedelia and dance.
You can most definitely sway to this array of different synths and sounds and, technically, we'd call a sway a dance move. The vocals are very pretty, and very much unlike what you may have heard before ... though, quite possibly for the better.
We've come to really enjoy the work of The Horrors in recent times, and wonder what it was that changed their outlook on music, and quite possibly their outlooks on life. This is a truly beautiful piece, pieced together with absolute poise and, whilst we're unsure that it'll quite break into the mainstream, it is exactly where we'd want it, and them, to sit in the industry and hope that many people find the utmost joy in this track that'll send you far, far away.
