*Gunpowder, Treason & Plot*

With all the excitement of halloween over, it's now time for the bonfire celebrations! Don't get me wrong, i love halloween, but there's just something about getting wrapped up, watching fireworks & indulging in hot chocolate that I adore. Then again, who doesn't? So anyway, my local town has a huge firework display every year, so we headed down there this evening! I got snuggled up in my thick winter coat, threw on my tartan scarf & even put on a beanie! Before wondering up the hill to the display we obviously bought some freshly made donuts, and a hot drink to warm up! Yummy. The display was spectacular, despite me watching it through my camera screen! (I was so excited to take photos of fireworks!) and how the people setting off the fireworks don't get seriously hurt never ceases to amaze me! Safe to say, I will never try it. This isn't really a 'proper' outfit post, but I just had to show you this dress i got in Primark (unbelievable, i know) the other week for a mere £13! I can't stop wearing it, and i've also seen other bloggers who've picked up some great bargains in there recently too! So I must head down there again. Oh, and please excuse my embarrassingly messy room, I promise i'm in the process of tidying it ...Dress : Primark / Cardi : H&M / Beanie : A friends / Socks : Tesco
After the fireworks, we indugled in fish & chips (sorry, diet.) and took a little trip to Tesco in the hope of buying some sparklers as, being the child i am, i wanted to write my name with one for a photo! Unfortunately 'health & safety' rules seem to have become even steeper and they weren't selling them after 8pm - ridiculous & soul destroying all at the same time. Nevertheless, i did buy the cosiest socks, ever! and my sister bought a matching pair too! So the Tesco trip wasn't too unsuccessful. I've had a lovely evening, and even managed to get some photos i'm rather proud of! I took hundreds, but these 3 are my favourite! Let me know what you think!
