Our foot is a critical part of the body which helps us manage how to stand, walk and balance and yet it is the most ignored feature to care for. In this article, I like to keep the pain and problems away and talk about paying attention to trimming and making over the shape of our feet. So lets talk about the way to sexy it up and pay more attention to foot care;

Foot bath:

Soaking your feet in a warm water with scented oil and Epsom salt is a pleasing experience. To get a smooth skin and healthy feet, get in to the habit of foot bath more frequently. Here is step by step instruction for soaking your feet.

place a large enough tub, preferably plastic, and fill it with filtered warm water. Add Epsom salt, rose petals and your favorite oil. as a suggestion, olive oil and pepper mint oils are my favorite. Soak one feet at a time for at least for 10 minutes. Do this at a place where you can sip on a glass of wine with dimmer lights and candles, while playing a mellow music to get the spa-like feeling of relaxing.

After the 10 minute soaking, wrap your wet foot in towel and place the other in for soaking. While the other is soaking, use pumice stone or file to remove dead skin and calluses from the bottom of your foot carefully and massage every toe and muscle. Do the same with other feet and soak them both back in the tub for another five minute.

Dry your feet and between the toes by damping. most people rub the towel on their skin. Our skin is delicate and very sensitive. It is important to dry up between the toes to avoid achy feeling and fungus.
