Guide on How to Survive Long - Haul Flight

By Kirkanatomy
Whether you're taking a five - hour jaunt to your dream destination or embarking on a nearly twelve - hour journey, lenghty flights can be boring, uncomfortable and exhausting. Luckily, there are some easy ways to make a long flight infinitely more bearable.
1. Read books Traveling on an airplane can be a boring experience, particularly if you are one of those people who are unable to sleep on an airplane, like me. Reading a book while flying is a good way to pass the time - and avoid conversation if you are stuck with an intolerable seatmate. Aside from that, long - haul flights can be an opportunity to start reading a new book or to finally finish one.

2. Maximize the benefit of inflight entertainment Numerous types of inflight entertainment are available on the cabin, with bigger and better collection of the newest movies, music, and as well as inflight surfing and roaming products. I personally look forward to the movies I missed in cinema, when I got no choice but to watch them to keep me entertained. How many times did you watch “A Star Is Born” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper? As it was the most-watched in-flight movie in 2019.

3. Play Games. For me, combating boredom while you are 38,000 feet above the ground is merely by just playing games, be in inflight flight or through your mobile game. Good thing, nowadays, some airlines offer wi-fi, where you can also play games on the internet, like your solitaire and "Ride the Bus".
4. Dress comfortably Make sure you wear loose fitting and comfortable clothes. I also recommend wearing slip on shoes without laces so that you can take them off easily and put them back on when going to the bathroom. Wear socks to keep your feet warm and clean when taking off your shoes. In addition, you can always bring a scarf or sweater because it could freezingly cold during the flight.
