We all love to take a sip of something warm after one full meal, or it is too cold. Why not make a soup of your own, free of both animals and gluten? Warm your tummies with these delicious soup recipes

The Dill Pickle Soup
Dill pickles are good for you. These are fermented cucumbers that contain about one calorie per slice. It keeps you feeling full without the baggage of the extra weight increase. Prepare the following ingredients:
• Five small potatoes
• One small white onion
• Three cloves of garlic
• Two teaspoons of vegetable oil
• Three cups of vegetable broth
• Six pieces of dill pickle spear
• A half cup of pickle brine
• A half cup of Fresh Dill
What to do:

  1. Remove the skins of the potatoes and cut them into small pieces and even cubes. Dice the onion, garlic and dill pickle spear. Remove the stems of the fresh dill and chop them. In a pot, pour in vegetable oil. When it is hot, add the onions and cook for five minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and cook until they are in a good shade of brown. Slowly add the broth. Place in the potatoes and pickle brine and let it boil. Reduce the heat into a low simmer and wait until the potatoes are tender. This takes approximately fifteen minutes.
  3. Transfer the soup to a blender and let it blend until there are no more chunks left. Remove the middle piece in the lid to allow the heat to escape. Return the soup into a pot and add the pickles and dill. Cook for five more minutes. Serve you can garnish it with pickles if you want to.

The Very Beany Soup
Cold weather is fast approaching since it is a few months near Christmas time. Beat the cold and warm your mind and soul with a delicious soup. This is a perfect recipe for those who are in love with beans. It takes a long time to prepare but it is definitely worth the wait.
Here is what you need:
• One cup of cannellini beans
• Five pieces of plum tomatoes
• One large potato
• One cup of kale and spinach
• One cup of collards
• Salt
• Pepper
What to do:

  1. Prior to cooking, soak the beans first. Put it in a large pot and cover with water. After it heats the boiling point, turn it off and let it sit there for two hours. Once the beans are tender, turn on the heat and let the water boil again. Add a bit of salt and some pepper. Turn the heat into minimum. Check if the beans are ready for every fifteen minutes. It usually takes forty five minutes.
  2. After this, you can add the potatoes, garlic and tomatoes. Let t simmer until the potatoes are tender. Add the kale, spinach and collard and heat for a few more minutes. You can adjust the seasoning depending on your preference.
  3. Pour into bowls, serve and enjoy eating!
