Exams
NEET 2020 Results Declared: The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the much-awaited National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test, or NEET 2020 results, on Friday, i.e., 16 October 2020. Candidates who wrote the NEET 2020 examination must visit the official website – ntaneet.nic.in to view the result. Now that the results are declared, candidates can proceed with the admission procedure and counseling.
CUCET 2020 Scorecard Released: The Central University of Rajasthan has released the CUCET 2020 scorecard on 17 October 2020. Candidates who wrote the entrance examination must visit the official website and login to the candidate portal to view the scorecard. The University will release the merit list later.
JoSAA Counselling 2020 Results for the First Round of Seat Allotment Declared: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has declared the seat allotment results for the first round on 17 October 2020. Candidates who have registered for counseling must visit the official website – josaa.nic.in to view their results. According to an official notification released by JoSAA, the authority will only conduct six counseling sessions instead of the usual seven due to the current situation. The session will start immediately after the counseling is over.

ISC AND ICSE 2020 Compartmental and Improvement Results Declared: The Council for Indian School Certificate (CISC) has declared the ISC 2020 Compartmental and Improvement Examination result and the ICSE Compartmental and Improvement examination result. Candidates can visit the official website –cisce.org to view the results.
Punjab Government to Reopen Schools from 19 October 2020: As per the ‘Unlock 5.0’ guidelines, Punjab Government has decided to reopen the schools for standards 9 to 12 from 19 October 2020. Special SOPs and procedures have been laid down to ensure the safety of the students and teachers. Also, no student, teacher, or staff can commute from the containment zone until the situation gets better.
