Grilled Veggie Skewers Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lb. small mushrooms
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into petals
  • 10 small onions
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into petals
  • 1 zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slice
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsps. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 6 Steel skewers

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large mixing bowl add cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt and oil and mix well to make a smooth mixture.

2. Brush this mixture over veggies in bowl.

3. Cover and marinate it for 1 hour in refrigerator.

4. After 1 hour, thread veggies one by one on skewers.

5. Roast it on a hot greased skillet or in gas grill for about 4-5 minutes per side.

6. Once cooked remove from grill. Serve and enjoy!
