Assimilating and decoding fashion what's what into your personal style is quintessential to being a fashion blogger. So when I saw this editorial cover, it got archived into the fashion side of my brain immediately and while putting together today's look, it resurfaced. The result the same color-mix ( claret red- hot pink ) in my accessories......wink wink ! I am in deep love with this red-pink combination and plan on using it more sartorially.
It's so fluky that the last time I wore the top here , I captioned the post "stripes squared" and today I captioned it "grids squared". The first time around it was stripes both on top and bottom whereas this time it's checks/grids doubled on top. I guess I should think of this top beyond it's stripes/checks pattern and try styling it with prints and solids.
ANY SUGGESTIONS ???
