Grateful Heart

By Lifestreasury
Hello lovelies,

Owambe Rice and fish on point!!

Hellooooo pay attention to the face and not the food. C'mon.
Yeah! Happy new week, Monday inspiration is up, you can read it here and I was so glad when I saw it because then I had a lot on my desk to do and I was wondering when will I be able to put up something for the week. Little did I know that my personal boo/editor already put something up for me. So yeaaah! I am excited. God bless you real good.
I am here to appreciate God for all he has done in fulfillment of the Challenge that I was given by thegracedmisfit.com, thanks a lot dear.
Going straight to the point, the challenge says I should state 5 things I am thankful for (what a small number, but I will try and keep to the rules)display a picture of gratitude – a picture of something simple that makes me smile in a day and then nominate 5 other people for the challenge.
Ooookay here we go!
Things I am grateful for:
Life
It is the best gift God has ever given to me, so many people sort it but then it was either too late for them and now they are no where to be found. But even in my unfaithfulness I still have a God who is extremely mindful of me, preserving my life on a daily basis. What else can I say than thank you God, what more can I do than remain grateful because no matter what is going on today, the good and the bad, there is life so there is hope.
Health
I have life and then there is health. In my small life, I can hardly remember when I had to get admitted in the sick bay or live on pills. It been years now and I have even lost count. None of which I could have achieved by my own strength obviously not. Some have life and do not have health but my God being so faithful has lavished me with life and health, I am feeling like a spoilt kid right now but then what more can I say than thank you and what else can I do but remain grateful.
Family
I am soo soo grateful to God for my online family, my immediate and my extended family. My online family (you my amazing reader) I am so grateful to God to have you here. Making me the best of who I can be everyday, Immediate family (siblings and mum) the first set of blessings I met on planet earth and they have never stopped being blessings to me.
Friends
I do not  have them much but the ones I have are spectacular, they are amazing, never a sad time with them, Spirit lifters and my number one cheerleaders, I am so thankful to God for them that in my next life I pray to have them over and over again.
My Country (Nigeria)
Nigeria might not be the best but we certainly are not the worst. We have our lapses as a country but unlike every other country we can say God has been good to us. I watch CNN while at work and I see sad stories (missing flight, plane crash, ship wreck e.t.c) in some countries this is almost a way of life. They can almost not remember when last they did not have a dead toll but in Nigeria, how many plane crash has happened in one year? How many ship wrecks? It is more than enough to be grateful to God for preservation, even as he will help us eliminate Boko haram and their vices.
Here goes the picture:

I love this purse so much, first because of who gave it to me and then how it came. I loved the purse at first sight and it was like point and kill. I pointed and I got it, yaay! It was a pre-birthday gift. I love it and looking at it makes me smile.
So yeah! I am nominating these 5 blogs:
Davidadeleke blog by David himself
Cassiedaves blog by Cassandra
sey-deeptots by sey
Worshiprejoices blog by lindsey
Be a light to the world by Ikechi Amazie
