My Post-Workout Fruit/Breakfast Smoothie with OWYN
3-4 Ice Cubes
2-3 Frozen Strawberries
10-20 Frozen Blueberries1 Piece of fresh scored Turmeric (frozen preferably as it is prone to stain and about the size of an adult pinky or 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder)1 Long slice of fresh Papaya (makes about 8 small wedges) 1 Long slice of fresh Pineapple (makes about 8 small wedges)1 Piece of fresh cut Ginger (about the size of a tablespoon)5-10 Rounds of fresh Black Pepper from a mill (to activate & boost the properties of the turmeric)1 Fresh cut Kiwi2-3 Ounces of Almond Milk (unsweetened)
Into your blender, start with the frozen ingredients first then the fresh and lastly the powder and milk. Blend ingredients. OWYN Vanilla gives the smoothie a nice full-bodied creaminess with a great honest vanilla flavor not muddied up by anything artificial-tasting.
