McAfee claims that the Goldoson library enables remote configuration of apps by registering devices. It also varies by library app and remote server domain. Google has removed some of these apps from its platform after the research firm’s report surfaced. However, users need to delete these apps from their devices.

Users using Android 11 or above operating system need not be afraid of these virus apps. Unless the user gives any permission to these apps, they will not be able to work. Users whose phones have these 60 apps already installed, delete them and update the device. With new security updates, the device will become more secure.
