If you want to stay healthy everyday, you should follow this interesting facts and information. All of us are sometimes not aware of our time and date. Sometimes we are so busy enough to check the time on our watches or time clock. If we don't feel asleep we never going to sleep early. Then, if we are overslept, we can't wake up early in the morning. So, in this case. You should remember this simple but useful information below:
Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for reducing unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This period duration needs to be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If for the duration ofthis time around a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this can have a negative effect on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and preferably should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also preferablycarried out in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. For that reason there will sometimes be a serious cough for cough sufferers during this period. Since the detoxification process had gotten to the respiratory system, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to hinder toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, make sure you empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, it's best to be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am, if you are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very best for those planning to stay healthy. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still advisable to eat breakfast late until 9 -10am instead of no meal whatsoever.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will affect the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am it's time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a great sleep and you should not sleep late.
