As Fox has revealed there will be not only a “Simpsons” crossover with “Family Guy” but an even more interesting crossover with “Futurama”.
At the Television Critics Association the producer and writer for “The Simpsons”, Al Jean, confirmed that there will be definitely a “Simpsons/Futurama” crossover.
“We are definitely doing one. We recorded it with the full Futurama cast. It’s going to air in November. And then our premiere on September 28 features the episode where we kill off a character, which turned into a much bigger deal than we expected. So I hope you know it’s not going to be this bloodbath where they all just, like, get murdered.”, he said.
I hope so too – not. In the crossover episode “Simpsorama” Bender will travel into the past to kill Bart because Bart apparently did something that has severe consequences for the future. On November 28 we will see how Terminator-Bender will accomplish that.
